From Colombia. Is this a Pleurothallis? Or what?

definitely within the pleurothallidinae. could it be a Stelis? the flower shape doesn't look entirely like a typical stelis off google images but the overall inflorescence is very reminiscent.

stelis flowers are usually tri-lobed, it seems.

I would say "Stelis" There are several species that look similar. You can probably get pretty close to an ID by searching for Stelis species that grow in the particular area where you saw it.
