If you google care for "Oncidium intergeneric", you'll find what you need as far as how to grow this plant. Basically, keep it moist, give it bright light (more than a Phal, but less than a Cattleya), but no direct hot afternoon sun, and keep the temperatures in the intermediate range. It will tolerate some heat, but will really appreciate cooler nights.

As far as an ID, it's impossible to know for sure, but I feel pretty confident that this plant has some Miltonia and maybe some Oncidium in its background (Miltonidium), but there may be other genera involved as well. There is a very popular plant called Rhynconia (formerly Odontonia) Pacific Paranoia which looks a great deal like the plant you have, but you'll never get a definite ID unless you can track down the original grower of this plant and get them to confirm it, but unless you intend to show the plant, or breed with it, the ID isn't that important, and if you grow it like an intergeneric Oncidium, or more specifically like a Miltonidium, you'll do just fine.
