Default Renanthopsis Mildred Jameson care

Hello fellow orchid lovers,
Have had this primary hybrid for a year now and absolutely NO sign of anything going on ! Anyone have any suggestions? It's in full sun, in Orchiata in a pot with plenty of air circulation, root tips are looking good, regular feed, water when dry, so what more does it need?
Thank you for any pointers...

General care on this would be much like Phalaenopsis, but a bit brighter, high humidity, and make sure the media is very well drained. If it was growing but not blooming the recommendation would be more sun. Since it isn't growing, and it looks like a plant stressed by too much light and not enough water, I would reduce light and increase moisture (and humidity if possible), and see if it responds.

Are you sure it's big enough to bloom?

Thank you for your replies. Not blooming, not growing, quite reddish tinge, I guess it needs bright light but no sun, maybe Orchiata bark does'nt keep the roots humid enough... Like they say, if it isn't doing well at one spot, try another. As to maturity, I have seen same size plants bloom on Internet, but I guess I'll be more patient.

I didn't understand at first that it's not growing. I thought you were asking about flowers. If something in the Vanda group isn't growing, you're not watering enough.

I didn't have a clue what this was so, I googled it. From what I read, it is difficult to grow, often not growing at all.

Yes, Dollythehun, I too have found info that it is difficult... Estacion seca, you got me thinking... I was a bit stumped as to how to treat this orchid with the renanthera and phalaenopsis parentage, I hadn't seen the vanda in it, but now I do so I have decided to treat it like my other vandas which are growing and blooming regularly, so in a vase it is, with a bit of hydroton in the bottom, and soaking every 2 days... We shall see, nothing like experiments! Thank you all!

Well, I guess estacion seca was right ! Since I put it in a vase and water it just like my vandas, it has started a new leaf ! To be continued...
