Smile Small phal haul for march

Hi!

I've got a bunch of phals this month, don't know wether this post should be in the identification section though but these are my phals. all the hybrids have the same price no matter what hybrid it is in a particular store i always buy my orchids from the phal philippinensis only costs 3 dollars each! which is 150 pesos here which is really cheap for you guys hehe 😂 they have the healthiest roots and foliage (not sure about the philippinensis though). I would like to buy more IDs please hehe

btw they don't grow like this. i just put them all together for the pic

this hybrid kinda looks like a phal dottie kone. kinda

phal fuller's sunset

this one has a very lemony and floral fragrance, specially when the sun hits the flowers. it has very dark flowers specially that almost black lip. i think this one is a phal sogo relex or a phal orchidview tabasco. still not sure though

a noid phal but kinda looks like a phal world class

these are the philippinensis. finally i found two! these were bought from a different seller though.

these photos show nearly the true colors of the flowers. I diffused the flash a little bit using a piece of tissue 🙂

thanks for looking

The flowers are all very nice but the potting mix on the philippinensis's looks pretty questionable. Possible repot?

I thought I'd add that I have two P. Fullers Sunset(s), and they are simply remarkable plants. They're also the largest plants in my collection! One of them has been knocked over, had spikes broken, had spikes chewed by mice, and I can't think what else has befallen it in the year I've had it, but right now has three blooming spikes. Two of them regrew from damaged ones. The other has just one spike, but it's glorious, with close to 20 flowers. Other than drop the plants or let them get mouse-eaten, I've done nothing but water them when needed. These plants are machines.

I agree, I don't like the potting mix either its this fern dust with dirt, but i slightly pulled out the orchids and their roots seem to do fine? yes, everyone will be repotted right after the blooms thanks for the concern
