Default Phalaenopsis Sweet Memory 'Liodoro'

I've had this Phal for 2 years, and for some reason it decided to sulk most of that time. At last, a spike! Though stupid clumsy me managed to snap a bud while watering... One bloom open, and it smells so nice

I chose not to stake this one. It was in bloom, and staked, when i bought it, and thought that it just looked weird. So I let it do its thing, and it's much more pleasing to look at this way.

The other 2 shots are extreme macros, taken with my macro lens and a special macro adapter to get even closer. (For those that want to know- I used a Tamron 90mm macro + Raynox DCR-150 macro conversion lens)

All but one of the blooms are open now! It was getting a bit top heavy, so i found a really nice decorative cache pot for it. Wish I had remembered to dust off the leaves before taking the photos...

And if you look really closely, you'll see another spike starting on the basal keiki.
