Phal. Sogo Vivien 'Golden Vivien'
This plant is rather weak, and has been ever since I got it (it had no viable roots when it came, and it has been a struggle to get it to grow). I would love to have a more vigorous one, and I might get one one day, but for now, this little guy, which only has three leaves, stays.

Lovely color. I think it's variegated, that would be the golden I think. Look at the tip of the leaf.

I have a similar phal sogo vivien with golden stripes on leaves at home in the states (I am in Costa Rica for the winter) and I find it difficult to grow. I keep a seedling heating pad under it and let it almost dry out before watering it. It's in sphagnum moss. It is now in the care of my son and a friend so hopefully it will be fine when I get home in May.

I did cut several extra holes in the pot, and I even removed some of the sphag as it seemed to tightly packed. It doesn't seem to ever dry out unless I have it on the seedling mat. It does have good air circulation with small fans.
In any case I am not caring for it myself right now and i will have to see how it is doing when I return to the states in May.
