They're Beautiful and seem super happy to me!! Love using clear pots! I've never used the Miracle Grow mix for my orchids because I kinda like to mix my own and do my own fertilizer thing but I have always been a supporter of their other products!! Hey if it works why fix it!!! and they look like satisfied customers to me!!! purty..purty...

I love clear pots. I have a few that are crystal clear, have a lot of drainage holes, have a really firm lip and they are my favorite.

I bought Miracle Gro coarser mix at Lowes today to try out on a few noid phals that I have that just finished blooming and I want to get out of spag. I thought I could compare results.

your a better orchid grower then me I rotted all the roots off the orchid I potted in Miracle Gro

I think it just depends on your environment. I have killed LOTS of orchids . It is all a learning curve. My house is pretty dry in the Winter. Your growing space just probably needs a faster draining mix. It could also be that I am a delinquent at watering them. I only water when they look really dry and the pot is light. The coarser mix may work well for you.
