This is first flower and it just opened today. Maybe it will open some more...

That is a beautiful flower. I like the stripings and colors....the form will flatten some more when the flower have fully opened

Mira-Cloude, I am not sure about the size now, will measure it when get home today.
I also have another plant of this cross with couple buds growing but the parents are the other way around - venosa x Gelblieber. I wonder if it will make the difference in bloom appearance.

Beautiful! A german grower sells several Phals that have Gelblieber in the parentage, and they seem gorgeous. Seeing your pic makes me want to buy one!

Go for it Camille. This cross seems to be quite easy to bloom and likes to spike. My other one(venosa x Gelblieber) had two spikes growing, but yesterday when watering I discovered yet one more spike that was hiding under the leaves unnoticed, so there are three spikes at once growing now on pretty small and young plant. You can see the third spike behind the one with two buds under the leaf:

Default Updated picture

The bloom really flattened after some time and fragrance appeared. It is detectable at noon.
