Default Phal Newberry Parfait "Picotee"

This is a re-spike because I was trying to grow a keiki but got a spike instead. I believe this is because I applied the keiki paste during cool temperatures. Even though the instructions say to apply about a week after the last flower opens, I have read that temperature has a greater affect on keiki production (ORCHIDS JANUARY 2007 WWW.AOS.ORG) (Journal of Experimental Botany, Vol. 57, No. 15, pp. 4043–4049, 2006
doi:10.1093/jxb/erl176 Advance Access publication 30 October, 2006). The flowers are on the small side for this plant and only 4 of them when usually the spike is lined with flowers....

Doc, the pictures aren't coming up for me.......but wanted to make a coment anyway. LOL
My parfait has acted strangely ever since I tried KikiPro on her last spike. It's now back to a seedling size and just sits there. I'm looking for another 'cause this one is headed for the compost heap in the spring if she doesn't do something this winter.

I thought it was just me, as I've had problems with Doc's pics before and I was the only one to have the problem. So I didn't comment that I had problems seeing them.

I found the URL's for the pics and viewed them through that. Here they are.

Although now I get a message that 'you are forbidden to view this page'.

When I did the same thing from my home PC I could see them (now I'm at work).

Hmm... not sure then.

I have the same problem Rosie, but that's not unusual when that forum is involved...

Doc will fix things eventually. He must be busy.
He usually uses PhotoBucket for his pictures, don't know why he linked to that forum.

If I right click on the link I posted above, and choose 'Copy Shortcut', then I paste the shortcut into the address bar in IE. I can see the pic.

If I click on the link it doesn't show.

Once I've viewed the pic it will then show in Doc's first post and the links I posted with start working.

When I had problems on a previous post of Doc's it was related to OrchidTalk as well, so I think they don't always show correctly from there.

It's a shame, because it's a really pretty Phal.
