Default Phal NOID's

HI Everyone
I just wanted to share some pics of the Phal NOID's in bloom in my garden right now. For the first time ever I actually cut the spikes down to make a bouquet for my wife and my first wedding anniversary.
[IMG][/IMG]
And some named hybrids as well

Thanks for looking!

Oh their just gorgeous. Congratulations! You're so romantic for sacrificing the spikes as your anniversary gift. That gesture has got to be at least equal to parting with an arm or a leg don't you think?

Your photos have great detail. What kind of camera was used?

For cutting the spikes down, I think she, or you, should reward yourself and go by some more NOIDs in Bloom!

Whadda ya know, I did promptly go out and buy a few more. Two more Phal hybrids that were properly tagged and a Brassidium Wild Warrior Chieftain!

Thanks Junebug, not too sure what type of camera it is, it is a Canon, but that is all I can remember!
It was pretty hard to cut them off!! I will only be doing that once a year!!

Great stuff, Nick. That last one is insane! I need to find one of those.

Hey Royal
Do you mean the P Paiho Rose x P Frisson? Found her at Home Depot!! Its a great phal, the foliage almost resembles a Vanda, but is indeed a Phal. Great flower count on her, two spikes each with at least 12 - 16 flowers! I have crossed her to the Phal Chain Xen Pearl and have a seed pod developing.
Thanks for all the comments folks!
