Great color! I love the waxy bloomed phals, they usually last so much longer than other phals. 5 months is impressive even by phal standards!

this one comes from Michel Vacherot nursery (Miva) they have some beautyful waxy reds such as Miva orchidouxdingues "folie douce" (next blooom for mine around october ) and also Miva club dandy.

I'll go check out Vacherot's website! He tends to have expensive plants, but maybe I'll get lucky. Funny about the one named orchidoudingues. I wonder if it was named after the forum, or the forum named after it.

Camille : it was named after the forum...I guess they are running out of it but they think of putting it back to growing as so many people want one (it's a gorgeous and very slow one) As for the prices I think they are ok still for the quality of the plants. I had that one (still young )for 15 euros . In general ,prices in France are quite expensive for orchids ..
