Default Phal keiki's first blooming

This is the first real blooming of a keiki I separated from it's mother in march. It's Phal Brother Spring Dancer, and is my favorite phal! The spike started in May, and finally started to bloom in august. That's the first photo. Unfortunately, shortly after that, my 6 year old cousin carefully plucked every single bloom off the spike when no one was looking . (I was secretly glad when my uncle grounded her, even though she is so adorable!)
I was going to cut off the spike a few weeks after that, and discovered that the spike was growing again. Happily I now have 2 new blooms, as well as two other buds!(second pic)

Camille if you cut it from the mother in March and its blooming already that is fast. That gives me hope for my Riverbend x Zuma Beach that I cut off its mother a month ago. Its growing quite well in the Orchidarium.

I hope yours will grow quickly! I am actually shocked at how fast this keiki grew, and how fast it is growing now. I cut it off only 5 months after it first appeared, and while attached to the mother plant it produced 4 blooms. These were strange because there was no spike, the blooms were coming out of the base of the keiki. I'm wondering if its phal equestris parentage doesn't have something to do with it
