Phalaenopsis Sameria var. cuguular with leaf spotting
Default Phalaenopsis Samera var. coerulea with leaf spotting

This orchid I have had for quite a little bit and its leafs have become more and more mottled overtime. This is in older and newer growth. the spots are following veins as well as not and doing mostly its own thing. I need help figuring out what this is from whether is it fertilizer deficiency, pest like spider mites or other issue. thank you so much for any help.

First, your hybrid is likely Samera, not Sameria.

It does look like a magnesium deficiency to me, but as you shared nothing about your feeding and watering details, nobody can say for sure.

What is your water source?
What is the formula of your fertilizer?
How much do you add per gallon?
How often do you apply it?

I agree with Ray. Mine looked the same after years of watering with tap water. First, I watered them with epsom salts. Then I started using cal-mag and while it took awhile, it solved the problem. I now use it monthly. However, knowing what's in your water is a very good idea.

I use RO water mostly but interchange with rain water at times. I use the orchid fertilizer better grow orchid plus. I fertilize by the ppm which is around 150 when I fertilize every week doing the weakly weekly. I also do Epsom salts every month.
