First bloom in this seedling. The fragrance is very nice there are hints of fruit loops and a spice or two. I want to say those spices are cinnamon and vanilla, but I can't quite put my finger on it.

That's lovely! I'm glad to hear you're getting a pleasing fragrance. I have one in bloom right now myself. The fragrance on mine is barely detectable, but, still, it's a nice little Phal.

Most ppl detects P.bellina smells sweet, citrusy or fruit loops and P.violacea smells spicy with some cinnamon. Maybe because of that you detected such smell from it because P.Samera is a cross from P.bellina and P.violacea.

However the fragrance might varies between plant as well as varies for different ppl's sense of smell.
