Default Liodoro: keiki or spoke

Hi, after I applied keiki paste to several of my phalaenopsis, at the top of the liodoro's flower spike I got this 3-leaf structure, whereas the other types of phals got new flower spikes. Is this a keiki or another flower spike?

Such treatments may influence the meristematic tissue, but unless everything is perfect, doesn't necessarily control it. You may-, or may not get a keiki out of that.

Considering the time of the year, it probably can be a keiki but it looks like something mixed half-keiki/half-bloom.
