I have used LED lights (not sure the specs) on planted aquariums with low light plants. They are wonderful. They grow the plants but are not high light enough to grow the algae. In full sun, the algea would grow, so that's a hint that they are not high light enough to grow "outdoor" plants, and potentially not 75% of outdoor light like some of my orchids. I really would worry if you are going to be growing plants like Cattleyas and high (er) light orchids.
