I have a variety of orchids under lights thought I have only had mine under lights for a few months. I have a 4 bulb T5 High Output system. I grow brassia, oncidium, and other oncidium alliance hybrids under the lights very well. All of them are growing new leaves currently including the Miltonia I have. I also have a new growth on my psychosis(finally!). I have phals towards the edges where there is less light and a phrag. I also have a brassavola with a new growth and a bulbophylum that looks healthy even though its not doing much growing. Also have a dendrobium that I underwatered and a encyclia. Cymbidiums are doing fine under it do. Not growing much right now.

As I said I havnt been growing very long under the 4 bulb system though I did have some under a one bulb system for about 6 months until my collection grew to much for the one bulb.

I have my phals blooming right now or soon to bloom under the lights.

I dont have the option of a windowsill so I just organize my orchids based on the amount of light that they like.
