Default from red to blue

Last year i grew with a 1000 watt high pressure sodium in the winter So this year i thought i'd try a 1000 watt metal halide. I think i should get more growth because of the blue light which last year i use the sodium and did see more blooms and less growth .

The red light will give you more bloom and leggy plants while the blue light will give you a stockier plant. A combination of the two lights would be allot better.

Yes i agree but i don't want to buy a 200 dollar bulb and or put another light because i'm already using a 1000 watts I'm just lucky when i bought it it was a double ballast.
