Like Roberta says, don't overthink this!

The higher light orchids in my collection benefit from supplemental lights but all my Phals (5 of them) grow, year round on east or west facing windowsills without any more light than what mother nature provides. They all bloom reliably and abundantly; I live more northerly than you, I think you'll be fine
