Default My first time

Hi all! I read a tread a few days ago from somone (forgot the name) who said they went to Petco and bought wood for reptiles to use as a mount and how they bought it for only $9! Why cant I get any great deals like that? Anyways I went to Petco and was so happy when I found the section. I found a nice one but it was missing the tag so I had no idea what the price was, and then I found a small one for 5 bucks. I grabbed the small one and a young guy asked if i needed help so I asked him the price of the one with no tag. He had no idea so I pointed to the description on one price label that said 14" Riverwood which was $15... I was trying to keep his eyes away from the $20+ labels... after some silence he says I'll give them both to you for $12!!!!!!!!! My eyes lite up!! After that I went to Home Depot to see what orchids they have that I can mount but all I found was a Brassavola in a bag that had been there a long, long time with no water. So I'll just have to wait for the actual plant. But here's a pic of the mounts!

Great buys!! I love the strange things you can find at PetCo for orchids. I got a bag of small grape wood pieces (12 pcs) for $10. the other day. They are just the right size for mini's.
