Default Cloud Forest Conservatory, Singapore (Picture Intensive)

Here are some pictures taken from a trip to the Cloud Forest Conservatory in Singapore. It's indeed an orchid paradise. The Cloud Forest conservatory replicates the cool-moist climate of the tropical montane regions between 1,000m to 3,500m above sea level. There is a seven storey mountain and a waterfall. It has already given me inspiration to build my own vertical walls of orchids.

Embedded tubes that feed and water the plants.

The many green vents are actually very powerful fan or ventilation, that constantly keeps the air moving throughout the dome.

What pretty pictures!
May I know the name of the orchid in your second picture please? The white one with red, orange and yellow colouring on one half and purple on the other?
Sorry, I'm a newbie so I don't even know which family it comes from.

It is incredible! When a lot of the newly planted orchids really establish themselves it will be even more incredibler (I've waited for years to be able to use that word).
