Default I did the deed and bought one.

Well, I now own a greenhouse. I haven't gone to get it yet but an elderly member of our society passed away and his wife, who has no interest, just wanted it gone so I couldn't turn it down for the price.

It's an 8 x 15 Sunglo, about 8 years old. A little smaller than I'd like but again, the price was too good. I know it comes with all the goodies (heaters, vents, fans, shade cloth, winter blanket, and possibly something called a Frisco Fog unit (?) but I don't even know yet what all that exactly entails. My question is concerning humidity. I've looked at foggers and I've looked at misting systems. There is a great discrepancy in cost between the two and naturally I'm liking the cheaper option - a misting system. Timer, some tubing and well placed nozzles. What are the thoughts of those of you that have them? The greenhouses I've been in have all had that bouyant air that you just know is ideal and they've had fogging units. I grow intermediate and a wide variety but nothing like the pleuros and masdevalias that REALLY need the fog.

Comments, suggestions?

That's great news!
If you have questions about misting systems, you definitely want to speak to Marty, our here at Orchidboard and MistKing guru

Well, it's disassembled and moved to my house. It was rivit construction so my son and I had to drill out all the rivits and take it apart piece by piece. I've built the foundation and began reassembling the sides. We've had outrageously hot and humid weather the past several days so I haven't been getting as much done as I'd like but the heat wave broke last night so I'm putting in some quality time this afternoon!

You aren't kidding about the heat. Our heat indices have been 100-105 here every day. Its been he** to be outdoors.
The water pump on my cooling pads for the swamp cooler in my greenhouse went out, I have had to order a new one. Temps in the greenhouse have been running 96-98F.
