Default Silcone/caulk to seal up a greenhouse?

I just built a little kit greenhouse at it's pretty tight. Before I fill it to the brim, I'd like to do what I can to seal any gaps, cracks, and seams.

Is silicone caulk the accepted method, or will it cause proplems for me?
