Default they die when you remove from greenhouse

i made a bunch of mini greenhouses out of 2 liter pop bottles to start my seeds,
well they reached the top of the bottle, so i tried to transplant a couple to the garden outside, within 3 days they died,
so i tried transplanting to a pot and leaving them in the house, but they still die within 3 days without the greenhouse environment,
anyone know why and how to fix this? thanks much for any help

It will help to know what kind of plants we are talking about. Surely we are not speaking of orchids are we?

I've tried it with all kinds of seeds from flowers, trees, vegetable's, but cant get anything to live outside of the greenhouse environment, the current seeds i'm trying are lemon tree seeds not orchids yet, and they are ready to out grow the pots, but if i take them out i know they will die.

the lighting is natural sun light, i have a small sun room but the only way i can get anything to grow is making miniature greenhouses, i too thought maybe the drop in moister, but even if i poke small holes in the containers to try and change the environment slowly they still die it just takes longer, and every time i try to start seeds in a regular pot they never sprout at all, i just dont have a green thumb lol and orchids are not cheap for me to kill lol

Have you tried starting seeds in your created greenhouses with holes in them to begin with? That way there's airflow and humidity shy of 95% yet less shock to the plants when exposing them to reality.

I grow lots of seedlings in mini greenhouse, and the point is to make them grow fast in the warm and moisty environement, and when the seedlings are big enough, then i start to introduse them to a "normal" environement. I have the greenhouse indoor, and moist the seedlings at least twise a day, more if needed!
First i just open the greenhouse a few ours in the warmest part of the day, to let the temprature and the humidity drop a bit, the seedlings are still in the greenhouse, with a shelter from the strong spring-sun. After doing this a few days, i starts to keep the house open all the time during the day, and then after a few days also at night. Still the seedlings are in the house.
When the seedlings have got leafs, not only the first "baby-leaf", but tiny real leafs, then i put them directly outside, keeping them in a sheltered place not to get burned by the warmest sun in the middle of the day, and not where there is direct wind. Its important that there no danger of freezing at night, dont take them out before its warm enougt!
Remember to mist them only in the morning before the sun reaches them, and after the sun has passed, or they will get burned and die! They can stand a little cold, but not to warm, or dry out...
This is the way i grow most of my seedlings, from summer-flowers to little halloween pumpkins, and they all seems fine, growing willingly outside as we speak.

I still need to learn how to grow orchids, thoug!

some great ideals I'll try them out, once everything gets going, I'm hoping to turn the sun room into thriving plant room instead of the dust bowl it is lol, also I'm not for sure which bread of orchid it is but i want to try the one that droops and hangs from a basket, i love hanging type plants

Lene hit the nail on the head. When I used a mini greenhouse, after all of the seeds had sprouted, i propped the lid open, but continued to keep it moist. After they had all produced leaves, I took the lid off and continued spritzing. After a few days, i would stick them outside in the shade for a few hours. I would take them inside at night, and the next day, let them stay out longer. Finally, i repotted them. They're doing fine... well, except my dog keeps eating them!
