Finally! Gazebo to greenhouse conversion complete
It has been a long slog, but the greenhouse is finally finished, just in time for our coldest weather. It was delayed a couple of weeks around Christmas due to a faulty heater part that finally arrived, after a comedy of errors. The heater is now working fine, maintaining around 65 degrees overnight. (Hate to see my electric bill, though) The plumbing was finished last week.
Now, I can begin to fill it up! All the orchids here now are divisions of plants I brought from Hawaii last March. I have lost about a quarter of what I brought, including some that I will probably never be able to replace but there are new horizons to be explored.
Here are a few pictures.

I am so happy for you. What a wonderful place to begin this chapter and have a super awesome setting to do it in
Those zigzag plants are too fun. I have a massive one too

Jo Beth, that looks fantastic.
I'll bet you can drop the heater thermostat by 5°-10° without the plants even noticing.

love the sink. It all looks very well thought out. At least you have taken steps to minimise the heating by building it well.

The end result looks fantastic, I would love to have a space like that! I still see plenty of empty space on those benches!

Love those benches! Are they custom fabricated?

Yes, the benches were custom. They are incredibly strong. They have no lower supports (legs) but are strong enough for a person to sit or stand on them.
