Ghost Type
A maudiae-type paphiopedilum which displays albinistic white flowers with cream to yellow coloring and no green. Instead of the usual green stripes on a white dorsal with green petals and pouch, the normally green areas are converted to pale yellow or cream.

(GUT-tay-shun)

Guttation is the exudation of drops of xylem sap on the tips or edges of leaves of some vascular plants.

Guttation fluid may contain a variety of organic and inorganic compounds, mainly sugars, and mineral nutrients, and potassium.
