In April 2009 this plant was potted and in bloom. Her long leaves created so much weight that it caused her to spill from the pot. Her single blooming spike and most of her roots were lost in the mishap. As a result she was transferred to a grapewood mount. She lost most of her leaves during the next few months as she adjusted to her new home.
