My Dendrobium farmer leaves are turning yellow. Is this normal?

Older leaves. Should be normal.

I'm not familiar with this species, but even Dens that aren't true decidous species tend to lose some leaves at this time of year.

In any case, if the yellowing is limited to just a couple leaves, it's nothing to worry about. Just keep an eye on it for a while!
