You are being modest when you say no skill is involved. It is beautiful.
I don't have that one, but I have had 4 microchips and have not been able to grow any of them. All dead but one and it doesn't look good.

Well, Catts seem to be my downfall. But, you all have encouraged me to try again. Thank you.

In my meager experience some are easy and some not so much. My Edith North has beautiful big pink blooms twice a year and my others don't seem to want to bloom for me at all.

It is funny how there are certain orchids we can grow and ones we can't. The Catt's seem fairly easy to me but my main problem is I tend to let them dry to much. I only have 2 Dens and there not doing to bad but I haven't tried this kind.

exciting plant to have isn't it?! I didn't care much about this type of dendrobium before but when I saw one on the orchid show and sale in my city recently I was so Impressed that I had to grab it right away cause there were only three left! When I had it sitting under natural light, boy I was more impressed and could not stop staring at it! mine is a Roy takunaga which is a johnsoniae x atroviolacea and looks similar to little atro. Enjoy yours! I'm definitely enjoying mine!
