This is a variety of antennatum refered here as long horn because of its longer than usual twisted petals.

Acquired it last October/November at the Jakarta Garden Fest as freshly collected jungle specimen. Like usual antennatum, it likes full sun, high temperatures and humidity, but because it was recently collected, I put it in a shadier area.

It did fine, it grew roots and new growth but I didn't expect a spike. I moved it to full sun area but too late, I only got four blooms this time...

The plant

Absolutely stunning! I know you're a bit disappointed you didn't get more blooms, but the ones you got are spectacular. I love how tall it is. Looks like a happy camper to me, keep up the good work!

I'm not really disappointed. I thought it would take several more months to settle down and give out flowers so I'm happy it decided to do it now and I do not fuss about the number of flowers
