It's a done deal. Here it is in it's basket. The roots fit in there nicely.
I potted it before I got the last couple of replies about it being the wrong time to pot it, so I had it potted in a plastic basket with a mix or large bark and LECA. I guess time will tell

I think you're wise to basket it with bark. Mounts dry withing a few hours and unless you water daily it'll fail. That basket does seem a bit big for the tiny plant but in time it should fill out. A wooden 4" basket is always an option too, the way I started mine. I used tree fern chunks in wooden basket then started cutting out the slats to the basket to get more air to the roots. Yours should do fine. Just let her go. I'd also remove a chip or two from the top so there's a bit more air circulating downward. Yep, the flowers are short-lived, but oh!, what a display.

I had to put in that size basket to accommodate the really long roots.
Yours is gorgeous !
