It's now in flower, but the plant has grown too big over the years.
I'll try to divide it, but dens don't like to be disturbed, do they?

Lovely! I have the more common purple one. I thought that the kingianums, in particular, really like to be pot bound. I've seen really huge ones! I plan to move mine into a wire basket filled with lava rock next spring so that I don't have to worry about the medium breaking down.

Lovely!

I know some Dens don't much like being disturbed - don't know about kingis, specifically (haven't divided mine). They are pretty hardy buggers, so may not be fazed by dividing

The plant grew big, 2 feet in diameter, but the pot is very small (12 cm, less than 5 in.)
I`ll try to divide it soon when it resumes growing because I have no room for such a big plant.
Thanks for the comments!

How about repot the entire plant into a bigger pot, so it will not be disturbed but still be bound and have a very prosperous bloom year after year!

It will be fine being divided. It's not way to big, but it is getting some nice size. I think it's a nice plant but it depends on your space I guess.

Thanks for sharing, you are growing it really well.
