Default Dendrobium Phalaenopsis spiking

Just back from two weeks holiday to find this. It all happened in these two weeks I've been away.

The first three pictures are from the same plant and the last one is another.
Both are growing new canes (at last), and spikes. At least, I think they're spikes (the last picture is a spike for sure). The other ones I'm not too sure if they are spikes or keikis, but I don't know if Dendrobiums Phalaenopsis produce keikis or not. I know the Nobile and Kingianum types do (mine have tons of keikis) but I don't know about the phalaenopsis type.
