Default A little lost here

I am hoping someone can give me a little help here to get me started on the right track. I recently purchased my first den. I have lots of other orchids, but I was getting very confused about the type that I have and what it's name is. This is what was on the tag Den. Nobile Sanset x Den Nobile Supramala Yuki . I can't find either of those names anywhere to find out cultural advice. From the sticky I gather it needs a winters rest, does this mean I don't water even though it is in bloom? Some articles that I've read say it can go outside once it warms up like cyms. Am I on the right track here. So many different types and so much information. It is in bloom now and I don't want to kill it. I'll post another pic of it, there's 1 over on another link. Thanks for the help

Cheryl
