Another mini plant that really stuns you with its vibrant colour.It comes from New Guinea.This with the dichaeoides I just posted maybe some of you will look at dendrobiums with a different attitude

Pretty flowers. We seldom grow these cool growers from New Guinea because of our hot weather, but they are still charming.

I do like dends! This one is very special! I like it's compact size! Where did you find this orchid Jane? Do you have any other recommendations for compact growing dends? I would love any suggestions! Thanks!

Carolyn-my records say I got it on ebay a couple of years ago.I do have another one but the flowers aren't as large or as vibrant as this that I got from Parkside about 3 yrs ago or more.I do grow it cool in winter.

I have one as well, but don't believe they are considered a cool grower.

They certainly pack a punch.
