Default Dend. cuthbertsonii var. semi-alba

Dend. cuthbertsonii is a micro-mini species from New Guinea with huge, colorful flowers that last up to nine months. It requires cool temps and can be temperamental.

Thanks for looking, Carol. All the species in the Oxyglossum section of Dendrobium are long-lasting to the point you get a bit tired of the flowers.

Awesome color, I'd never seen anything other than the standard one. Nice that the blooms last so long!!

Nice one, Ron. I just paid Andy P $50 for a small piece of his semi-alba. I kinda suspect it will be a creamy yellow/creamy white one though. Years ago, I sprayed with oil-based insecticide and killed my white cuthbertsonii(sparkling white with color lip. **they all have color lip, no pure white cuthbertsonii that I know of), and I am still crying over it.

Can be temperamental? They always are for me!

Lovely flower, I haven't seen that colour before.
