Absolutely stunning! Ysa, I don't know if your even interested, but have you the time and inclination to enter your orchids at local orchid exhibitions/shows? I know nothing about the judging at these affairs, but with plants like these I can't believe you would not find this kind of activity to be quite rewarding and fun. AL

I have never taken them to any judging. All of them are first place in my heart

Ysa.

You have beautifully grown plants. What is especially noteworthy is that you have a mix of warm growing /warm blooming antelope & Den phal types, as well as warm growing but cool blooming nobile types. They are equally well grown & bloomed.

It’s easy to see the care you put into their culture. There is slight spray residue on the leaves, which shows the preventive maintenance you do against bugs & disease. And judging by the excellent flowers & presentation, it’s obvious that you groom & stake your canes & flower spikes well in advance of blooming … the flowers are all properly oriented. Your culture is a good example for all of us to follow.

Of course, besides very nicely grown plant with well-bloomed flowers, you have a really beautiful home in which to display your plants. You deserve to keep them there to enjoy, rather than having them beat up at a show. Just keep posting the photos.
