Hello. I've posted before about this species before and now I'm totally confused. After blooming profusely throughout the spring and summer and spending until just last week outdoors here in Massachusetts I was going to do what I usually do and give it it's winter rest with minimal watering etc. What I have found is that it has new buds on a number of branches some new growth and the roots are green tipped. Should I now treat it as a non-nobile type and water and fertilize?
