Question About Winter Rest

I live in east central Fl(Cocoa Beach), I keep all my orchids outside under a shefflera tree where they get well diffused light. I have 2 dens. A Sun Delight(photos 1 & 2)and a Blue Fox Tail(photos 3 & 4). I am guessing they may be the phal. type, the flower spikes always grow from the top of the cane. Both currently have new cnanes avtively growing. Do they look like they need to be rested? Does that mean watering every 2 or 3 weeks? I also enclosed photos of their pots, do they look like they should be repotted? Thank you for your assistance.

No true rest for these guys. Just a slight reduction in water and fert only because their growth rate slows down in the winter. Keep them warm and bright.
