A little bit worse than stanhopeas, they last for 2 to 3 days...and like sobralias!
But I love this 'ephemeral' beauty, you must value when it happens!

you're right fred! it's a good thing i could spend around 3 hours with my babies, aside from my real ones, every morning before reporting for work. enjoying their beauty and fragrance... enjoying the foliage, to see that they are happy...

thanks sue, for the compliment!

Wow, that's very well grown! It puts my little seedling to shame

I managed to get it to survive from the winter before last but only the past growing season did it put out a new growth and I've recently mounted and just moved it to my Jebo which it loves!

It looks like hydroton clay balls in the pot- are you using it by itself?

Damian.

Very nice. I can't believe it lasts less than stanhopeas. Dendrobiums are so different!
