Default Dendrobium pachyphyllum in bloom

Wouldn't you know that this one would bloom the day after our local judging
Which really sucks as the blooms only last 24 hours! and I was so close...

My pink variety bloomed last week. All done already. Sure was quick! Here's a couple of closeup pics of the blooms. I neglected to take a shot of the whole plant.

I've got this one too. LOVE the smell, so sweet and strong for such little guys. Laura, your plant looks extremely well grown. Too bad it was late, you might have had a shot a a cultural award. I'm no judge but that's impressive.

Thanks Royal. Sometimes it will only bloom a few buds at a time, almost like a trial, and then it sends buds out all over a few weeks later!
