I wonder if the high humidity from the swamp cooler might be an issue. I'm only guessing... looking what is different at your house from mine... Mine grow outdoors, so they experience a lot of variation in climate. Mostly it's very dry (I water less in winter, and Mother Nature doesn't provide much rain) So they're getting a combination of cool and dry in winter. Now, it's cool nights and warming days. Humidity is all over the map, but mostly ranging from "pretty dry" to "bone dry". Still mostly buds, have one spike on one plant blooming, suspect that the rest of them are waiting for a bit more warmth. Or not...
