Dendrobium cariniferum
Another one of these red and white nigrohirsute dendrobium...it's been maturing 3-4 canes over the last year, but only one bloomed. I'm getting some new canes though so hopefully I can get more next year. Fragrance is strong, citrusy like tangerines. Nice waxy substance, and I believe they last for a few months at least

It's a beauty Calvin! I really like it!
What growing conditions do you have it in? Is it considered a warm grower? I would love to be able to grow one of these beautiful plants.
Thanks for your post!

Warm in phal shade ... when it gets a little cooler, then bright in intermediate conditions. Very good drainage or mounted. Less active if you have a winter, but not deciduous. Flowers last 1 to 2-1/2 months depending on temps.
Very nice flower photo. I don't recall seeing any with as much orange on sepals.
