Pretty, right?



Purchased several years back when just getting started with a few Paphs. It's only third time it bloomed, mostly because I kept messing with it. It's been in S/H (again) since early 2018. When it bloomed I dug down in to get the label. Here's the label:


Hmmmm.... what's wrong with this picture?

Other than the fact that it doesn't look anything like either parent on the label... from different section(s) completely. But it is pretty. (I don't know much about Paphs, but if I were to make some wild guesses, there's some insigne or villosum in there, and spicerianum likely... among other things. P. sukhakulii NOT)

I think you should just leave it labeled as is...let the taxonomists figure it out

It looks very nice. NoID definitely converts to NoIdea in this case. A little mystery and anonymity can still be very nice.
