So 4 months ago, I bought a bunch of native paphs. And to sum it all up, they arrived in a not-so-good shape. The seller said that they are already blooming size. When they arrived, I noticed one with just the tip of the bud emerging from the crown, and ultimately, I was super excited. But 4 months later, it has not grown. Then I noticed a new fan emerging from the side. So does that mean it will not bloom afterall? Then 2 others had new growth on the sides also. What happened? Will paphs not continue to create a bloom when it creates new growth, like other orchids? When shall it create a bud or bloom again?

It sounds like your plants suffered from transport/transplant shock. I doubt that the one that was budding, then stalled, will bloom, but you never know for sure. It is possible that the others will, but again, "it depends".

The good news is that they are alive and putting out new growths, so you just need to be patient.

If it blooms from new fans you would need to wait until the new fan is mature. I find that once a plant is "large" that is, putting out multiple fans (fans for paphs, and leads for cattleyas), then you start getting reliable blooms. Even then, some plants are harder to bloom than others. "Native paphs" sound like they might be difficult because they might be specialty plants. I think plants in general cultivation for a commercial market would be much easier to bloom because the growers expect a consumer base.
