Paph delenatii - first bloom and question about repotting

First bloom (and my first paph bloom)! Unfortunately two leaves got a bit damaged by the heat pack in shipping, but it also came just starting a spike, now it's blooming!

Also, I want to repot when it's done blooming, but should I do it right after the bloom is done or wait until a new growth starts?

If the roots are in good shape currently, wait until a new growth starts and that new growth is beginning to produce roots.

Thanks! That was what I was thinking the best course of action was - though I have no clue about the current state of the roots as it came in an opaque pot (also why I want to repot, I prefer clear!). The medium looks ok though, so I'll probably wait until the new growth is making roots, as you suggest.
