The longest Leaf was almost 12" but it broke off. These leaves get really long. They look so wild. I found one on ebay that looks just like mine. Here it is.

I have not gotten it to re-bloom yet I have not had it long enough. But it is doing well leaves are growing nicely for me. I have is 2 feet from an east window in my house. Humidity in the house averages 40%. I don't let it dry out completely. It's potted in plastic pot with holes. I have a bark moss mix for it. I am not really treating it any different than my other orchids. I think its a easy one to grow I got mine at Trader Joes in Reno NV.

Good info, thanks. I never see these at my Trader Joes. At least not yet. Crossing fingers.
