Could you please share how you cultivate your orchid? Watering...fertilizing....light....etc? So far....I've only had one bloom. What am I doing wrong?

Honestly, I dont do too much with this one. I use "k-lite" fert and a seaweed extract for my orchids. Try to keep the humidity up past 60% and that is it.

I had to prop up the orchid as the bud was starting to pull it over.

You can barely see it but there are TWO new leads. Awesome!

I've got three of them where I constantly look into the centre of their new fans to see if some day I discover a little hairy bud popping out.

This is my first year to have paphs in the collection and I am really looking forward to seeing how they grow! I got excited just seeing the new leads (?) coming in behind the existing growth. They seem to have survived my repotting and I think I have found the proper place for them to thrive. A good beginning.

Looking forward to seeing your bloom Josh!!!!!

I got it from Carter and Holmes. It's probably five years old as the name tag has a date of 10Nov10 on it.

I did struggle with getting it moisture as its still in the cypress bark mix they use and I will be changing it to a 50/50 moss bark mix once it's done blooming.
