I just love the colour. Such a wonderful deep red.

I was looking at it and thinking my vauge memory of colours in other languages had failed me.

Then I read that it was a cross between Maudiae and Emerald and was more confused.

Then I read the rest of your comment on Flickr and thought Arrrh, that explains it!

It's a wonderful flower

It's a very nice photo as usual Ron. These vini's don't do anything for me. I'm kind of glad there is finally an orchid I don't like. I must be wired different than most.

Hey Bill, I' more into species myself. Orchid hybrids in general don't mean much to me. I like 'em as they come from nature.
