Paphiopedilum venustum questions

I recently purchased a Paphiopedilum venustum at the Longwood Gardens Orchid show and it is doing well. I do, however, water it a bit more than my other Paphs.

I am wondering if others reading this have grown this species and if they can give me any tips.

Paph venustum is pretty easy to grow, along the lines of sukhakulii and wardii. They grow like crazy during the growing season and enjoy cooler temperatures in the winter to bloom. Cool nighttime temps- 55F or so but they can take a bit less.
